1. Operator

PotterForm is an independent ceramic design project operated by Borut Cafuta in Slovenia.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the public PotterForm website and the free information, tools and resources made available through it. By using PotterForm, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Additional terms may be introduced later for user accounts, paid services or other features. They will apply only after they are clearly presented to users.

3. Permitted use

You may use PotterForm for personal, educational and professional ceramic-design planning. You may save or export outputs created for your own projects, subject to any specific conditions shown in the relevant tool.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a harmful or excessive manner, or use PotterForm for unlawful purposes.

4. Design information and results

PotterForm provides visualisation and planning assistance for ceramic forms. Dimensions, clay estimates, shrinkage calculations, throwability notes, comparisons and exported documents are planning aids rather than guarantees.

Actual results depend on clay body, forming method, wall thickness, drying, firing, equipment, technique and other workshop conditions. You remain responsible for testing materials, checking dimensions and deciding whether a design is suitable for its intended use.

PotterForm does not provide engineering, safety, medical or other regulated professional advice.

5. Availability and changes

PotterForm may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued. Features may be experimental or temporarily unavailable. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the PotterForm name, logo, website design, original text, illustrations and software are owned by or licensed to Borut Cafuta.

Using PotterForm does not transfer ownership of those materials. You may not reproduce, distribute or present PotterForm's branding, website content or software as your own without permission.

These terms do not claim ownership over ceramic forms, dimensions, project notes or other original work created by users through lawful use of the service.

7. Third-party services and links

PotterForm uses or links to third-party services, including Buttondown for newsletter subscriptions. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PotterForm is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.

8. Liability

PotterForm is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Borut Cafuta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service, inability to access it, reliance on generated estimates or use of third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights available under Slovenian or European Union law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer-protection and other rights granted by applicable European Union law remain unaffected.
